Frequently asked questions

 🛺 Tuk tuks can only legally carry 3 passengers maximum. If your group exceeds 3 people then you will need to book additional tuk tuks. 

🛺 Payment is to be made in cash on the day of tour. No card facility available. Bank transfer can be arranged but must be paid and received at time of tour commencing. 

🛺 Whilst all care is taken Haputale Tuk Tuk Tours accepts no responsibility for personal injury or loss. 

🛺 Weather conditions cannot be guaranteed on any tour.
